When the weather is starting to get cold, sometimes I would rather stay home.  However, my kids and husband do not share the same opinion.  They want to go out no matter what happens.  I totally agree with them, especially when they start having cabin fever.  With cabin fever, suddenly everyone is in a very “unique mood” to put it nicely.  Let’s just say that it is healthy to just run errands to IKEA or Target, as it feels to them like a special outing.  Yeah, it may sound funny that IKEA and Target are exciting, but they are a good distraction to a lot of parents with kids.  Anyhow, this weekend, I want to plan a more exciting weekend than going to Target, so I remain competitive with my husband to plan a fun weekend.  I am thinking of organizing a nature book with my kids on Saturday, where they have to draw observations of plants and animals and collect some plants. On Sunday, I will suggest going on a night hike, where I will bring a flashlight, get all of them in warm clothes and walking shoes to go for a hike around the neighborhood.  I am not sure how this would turn out, but I will give it a try. El Clima se Empieza a Poner Frio y tus Hijos Quieren Salir a Pasear!

Cuando el clima empieza a ponerse frio, a mí en general me gusta quedarme en casa.  Sin embargo, mis nenes y esposo les gusta salir no importa que pase. Yo estoy de acuerdo con ellos, especialmente cuando ellos empiezan a estar de mal humor por estar encerrados.  A veces, ellos parecen como leones enjaulados. Algunas veces, el tan solo echo de ir a Target o IKEA a ellos los divierte o por lo menos los distrae.  De cualquier forma, este fin de semana, yo espero planear un fin de semana divertido, sobre todo que ahora estoy compitiendo con mi esposo para hacer de estos más divertidos.  El sábado, estoy pensando organizar un libro de la naturaleza y sacarlos para que dibujen sus observaciones sobre las plantas y los animales que vean.  El domingo, yo sugeriré irnos a una excursión de la noche donde nos llevaremos una lamparita, ropita calientita para todos, y así explorar la colonia.  No estoy segura como me ira con estos planes, pero al menos tratare de hacerlos.
