Importance of Staying Active with your Kids

Sometimes, just to think that we have to pack many things for the kids just to go out to the park or an event, makes us think it twice. I understand this feeling one hundred percent, but I believe that staying at home with the kids is not the best option sometimes. Even if the weather is super hot or cold, just the simple action of leaving the house, breaks the routine for everyone.

Have you noticed that as soon as you go out the baby stopped crying, the kids suddenly were not whimpering, and you just felt like you were about to get a break? This is what I am talking about, a change creates a change.  Also, there are many supporting articles that encourage being active with your kids to reduce some illnesses, obesity, and idle time to improve health in general. I think that it all depends on you, what you do with your time, and your attitude towards it. Here are a few tips that inspired me to do it:
